More Cookie Cutters

This morning I have a few more projects using the Cookie Cutter Christmas bundle. These were brought for display at our team meeting a couple of weeks back.

These first 2 were made by Sue-Ella Hardy. cookie-cutter8A cute little box…
cookie-cutter-9But look what’s inside!
cookie-cutter-10These adorable Santa earrings were made with Shrinky Dink, a StazOn ink pad, and markers. The instructions on the package say to heat in the oven, but did you know that an Embossing Heat Tool works as well? It makes you want to run out and buy some Shrinky Dink right now, right?!  Can you image gingerbread men earrings? These would make such cute stocking stuffers!

And then Alana Jean-Louis made these treat bags…
cookie-cutter-7I can think of a few nieces and nephews who would LOVE these. Can you spot Rudolph’s red nose in that bag? Clever idea.

If you are looking for some other inexpensive stocking stuffer and gift ideas, I still have a few spots left in my Creative Christmas Class this Friday, October 21st. Email me to save your spot at winona@thestampinroom.com.

Don’t forget about the Designer Paper Sale that’s going on now. You can stock up on the super cute Candy Cane Lane paper to start your Christmas crafting!

Cookie Cutters

I’m loving Stampin’ Up!’s  Cookie Cutter Bundle. And here’s a fun fact: The Cookie Cutter Bundle is the best selling bundle in the Holiday Catalogue.

I wanted to share the club projects we did in September:

The gingerbread men are my favorite. The centre splotch is from the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set (stamped twice) and the greeting is from the Stitched with Cheer stamp set.cookie-cutter-4The bundle includes the punch. Turn it upside down and it punches the reindeer shape out!
cookie-cutter-3And the Cookie Cutter Bundle is not just for Christmas. Check out this adorable baby bear card.
cookie-cutter-5Then we used the coordinating Halloween set to make this cute banner.
cookie-cutter-6The gingerbread men were also the star of our World Card Making Day! Each participant received these decorated chocolates…cookie-cutter-2and their pinecone packages…
cookie-cutter-1All supplies for these projects can be purchased through my online store HERE.
Did you know?? There is a Designer Series Paper Sale in October…buy 3 get 1 free. You can stock up on this Candy Cane Lane paper. I know I am!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Stitched With Cheer

Are you looking for a simple way to get your Christmas cards done this year? I LOVE our new Stitched With Cheer Project Kit. Stitching is a very hot trend right now in the paper industry, and it takes me back to my cross-stitching days. stitched-with-cheer-1The Stitched with Cheer Kit makes 18 cards: 6 of each of these 3 designs. Each design is already pierced…you just need to poke them through with your needle (which also is included:)) They are SO beautiful in real life. And I love that they come with coordinating envelope liners.

On this one, the trees are 3-D…you sew through 2 layers…adorable.stitched-with-cheer-2This one is sewn with white and gold baker’s twine. The gold enamel dots add that special accent to each card.stitched-with-cheer-3And finally… I think this is my favorite. I still love the country look of burlap and plaid.stitched-with-cheer-4If you watch this video before you begin assembly, it has some helpful tips for you. I will be buying a few of these kits this year. I put the first one together on our last road trip. It’s great to take with you anywhere.

Ready to start? You can either gather a group together and I will bring the extra supplies needed…or…you can make it on your own with a few additional products:
Stitched with Cheer Stamp Set (p. 34 of the Holiday Catalogue), Basic Black Archival Stampin’ Pad, Emerald Envy Classic Stampin’ Pad, and adhesive.
