Guy Greetings

June is right around the corner which means papercrafters are on the look out for Guy Greetings. That is actually the name of this stamp set and it is chock full of greetings for all the men in your life. I can post this one because even though I truly believe I have THEE world’s greatest husband, I have another card ready for him…which I cannot post here…because he actually reads these posts:) This card was one of the swaps from Hawaii ( designed by Sharon Armstrong) and I just love it.

Guy-Greetings

Guy-Greetings2The card base is Basic Black with a mat cut from the Typeset Designer Series Paper. Which I am pleased to discover, is NOT retiring!! I use a ton of this paper!! The smaller mat is Crumb Cake and then the images are stamped onto a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock. Everything is stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink…but the cool part is that if you look closely you will see the banner at the top and the body of the car are 3D. These images were stamped a second time onto a scrap piece of  Very Vanilla, cut out, and raised over top using dimensionals. And of course, coloring the car with a real red marker makes it pop even more. She finished it off with 3 neutral candy dots on the bottom. Don’t you just love it?

Guy Greetings is an awesome set to have in your collection. We have used it several times in my May classes.  This card was one of 4 that the ladies made at the Masculine Card Class on Monday. All the supplies needed to make this card can be found on my online store. Click here to place your order.
