It’s Beginning to Look A lot like Christmas

It’s December 12th and it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here. Christmas cards are made, we’ve had our annual team Christmas party (aka our chocolate fondue night!),  and some presents are wrapped and under the tree. I even decorated a little bulletin board in my office.
Bulletin Board Here are the little gifts I gave out at our team party. I packaged up mini fresh balsam candles.
Team-Gifts-2017-1I used the 3″ x 6″ Gusseted Cellophane Bags, and just cut a piece of DSP to fit the inside.
Team-Gifts-2017-2I scored it at 2″ so it would lay flat in the bottom.
Team-Gifts-2017-3The boxwood wreaths are a perfect final touch to each of your pretty packaging! They are also very perfect for home decor pieces like this one.
Home-FrameHere’s another beautiful home decor piece (created by Sherry Roth) for our Christmas gift exchange. Do you have any left over pieces of Christmas DSP? This might be a great way to use some smaller pieces.Tree Frame I hope you are enjoying crafting this holiday season.

When you are ready to replenish some supplies, be sure to shop through my online store HERE and use Hostess Code WP3KHD27 to receive a free thank you gift from me. (NOTE: if you click NO CONTACT, I will not be able to see who placed the order…and then sadly you will not receive the free gift.)

Super Bowl Stamping

As opposed to super bowl watching…I was super bowl stamping last night:) Even though I may not always be interested in the sports my husband watches, there’s just something about being all together in one room. There’s always fun and good food and friends at the Semler house.

So amidst the game activities, I was sitting at the coffee table putting together one of my favorite kits in the Occasions catalogue…Enjoy the Little Things Project Kit (#140587). I love the name and I love the home decor piece with 13 interchangable display pieces. It includes a chalkboard stand with clip so now I can switch them out for whatever occasion…or encouraging message…I want to display.

In honor of happy heart month, this is the first one I want to have on my island:
Enjoy-Little-Things-1-I suggest you purchase the coordinating stamp set (Enjoy the Little Things #140958) and some inks to help you complete your kit…but within a couple of hours (okay a little longer if you’re in a room with the television on LOL!) I had all 13 pieces completed. Check these out:
Enjoy-Little-Things-2
Enjoy-Little-Things-3
Enjoy-Little-Things-4-
This kit would be a perfect one to give as a gift. Why not purchase one for yourself and one to give away and make them both at the same time. This could be a Christmas gift? Birthday? House-warming? There are so many possibilities…

If you would like to order this kit, or any other Stampin’ Up! product, I would love it if you would click HERE to place your order through my online store. It’s super easy. Just set up your account, place your order, and it will arrive at your door anywhere in Canada within 10-12 days.

Thanks for stopping by. Don’t forget to enjoy the little things today…even though it’s Monday:)
