I was feeling all the summer vibes when I created this card for a recent swap. I’m in love with this fresh color scheme! Doesn’t it just make you want to go make one of these right now?
This week was supposed to be the start of our Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip to Maui…so we’re all feeling a little sad around here. I guess we’ll just have to sit in our backyard and make these fruity drinks with umbrellas in them!
I’ve been playing with a ton of new product from the new 2020/21 Annual Catalogue that just came out at the beginning of June. Guys…it’s full of amazing product!! My workspace has EXPLODED and I have so many wonderful projects to share with you.
I’m sure it won’t shock you when I say that one of my first loves as I poured over the new catalogue was this bundle called Nothing’s Better Than.
The possibilities are endless on this one!! Cookies, Chocolate, Coffee, Cocktails?? I mean, come on
Because I was feeling the summer vibes this week, I started with the cocktails card.
The cardstock colors I used were: Pool Party, Bermuda Bay, Terracotta Tile
For the drink: The ombre effect is achieved by using daubers and and daubing right onto the stamp and then placing the stamp onto the cardstock. (I used Petal Pink and Calypso Coral ink.)
For the lime & umbrella: Granny Apple Lt. Blends Marker and the Daffodil Delight Lt. Blends Marker.
All the product for this card can be found in my online store HERE. Please use Hostess Code K9TNVWQJ at the checkout screen to receive a small thank you from me.
You can view the new catalogue HERE.
