Celebrating 15 years with Stampin’ Up!

Today is my stamping anniversary…I am celebrating 15 years of being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator!! Whoa! That’s quite a milestone I’d say.

This is the card I received from our Canadian Home Office:
Anniversary CardIsn’t it stunning? The Pinewood Planks embossing folder used on gold foil…the gold embossing done with the Tree Rings Background stamp onto black cardstock…Seriously! If you have a special anniversary coming up that you need to make a card for, this could be the winner. So beautiful.

To celebrate, and thank YOU my customers for your support along this journey, I am giving away 15 brand new products from the Holiday Catalogue (which goes live September 1st). All month long, I have put the names of those who have ordered into a prize bucket. Tomorrow I will make the draws. You have until the end of today to get your name added into that bucket! All you have to do is email me an order OR place an online order in my store HERE. Your name will automatically be entered when I see your order.

Be sure to enter the August Hostess Code at checkout:  2WNE6HZA.

SAVE THE DATE:
I am super excited to announce to date of our next Stamp Cafe (celebrating World Card-Making Day). It will be Saturday, September 30th from 9am – 4pm. I will post the flyer with more details tomorrow:)

Thank you for celebrating this milestone with me today!

Perpetual Calendar

In early January, a fun idea for a perpetual calendar was posted on the corporate Stampin’ Up! blog. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it!  So as I was preparing for my team training event on Saturday, and demoing projects using the new Number of Years bundle in the Occasions Catalogue, it was the perfect fit.

This is what my table looked like! I used many different colors…and variations thereof.
Perpetual Calendar 2And am very pleased with the results…
Perpetual- Calendar-1I found this dark wooden sign at our local craft store. It was very inexpensive. And then I found some c-hooks in my husband’s stash and he screwed them right into the sign. I’m going to file this idea into my handmade gift ideas file…I will be making more of these for sure.

If you would like to see the exact measurements and the suggested assembling of this project, click HERE to see Cindy Schuster’s blog post. She has really great pictures and instructions.

Thanks for checking in today. This is a quick post…still lots to do before tomorrow’s event!
