The official Founder’s Circle 2015 photo from Convention. This was the top 100 demonstrators in the United States and the top 20 demonstrators in Canada. I am so blessed to be part of this group. We will all gather in St. George, Utah in September for a final retreat. I can’t wait…Now to make 110 swaps for the retreat. At the end of this month, I will celebrate 13 years of being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator. It continues to be an incredible journey. The friendships I have made with women from all over the world, and the vacations we have gone on (earned by Stampin’ Up!) are invaluable to me and my family. I have the best job! I love what I do AND I can do it from home:)
If you have ever thought about sharing your creativity with others…or if you already get together with friends to craft on a regular basis…why don’t you consider purchasing a Stampin’ Up! Starter Kit? Your friends can place orders through you, and you can make a little extra income along the way. I would love to answer any questions you may have. Click on Join My Group to read more. We have an amazing team of creative women you can connect with. Give me a call or email me for more information:)

Main Stage
I always look forward to walking through the doors of convention and seeing the Main Stage for the first time. What is the main stage going to look like? What music will they be playing? Who will I see in there?
This is what I saw this year! Beautiful backdrop to a newsroom…the Daily Share.
Demonstrators in attendance were treated to the unveiling of the new Holiday Catalogue! Super fun! Trust me…you are going to absolutely love it. You will be able to order out of it beginning September 1st.
Our bag this year is a trendy gray felted shoulder bag. I LOVE it! I was not a fan of carrying it in 40 degree weather mind you, but I know I will love it here in the fall.
There are always prize patrols…where they flash wristband colors up on the screen…and if yours matches that color, you excitedly stand up and wait for them to bring you your prize package. Three of us girls from Advisory Board all won the same color:) We learned a lot…laughed a lot…even cried a little. It’s always a rewarding week. The leaders had a TED talk delivered by Jenna Glover on the last afternoon which was amazing. It was entitled: “Do you live an energy efficient life?” I was reminded that I need to keep “filling my tank”…in other words, taking care of my health.
We sat around tables of 8 and did some planning.
So now it’s time to get back to work! LOL!

Now we’re off to a Bridal Shower Event this evening. Samantha and I made a few of these this morning…featuring the the happy heart embossing folder , paper doilies, white jute ribbon and the sweetheart punch. (I saw this swap at Convention…sorry, I can’t remember whose it was.) But I love it!
Tin of Cards Project Kit
I am loving the new Tin of Cards Project Kit in the new catalogue! The tin alone is worth the cost of the kit…love.love.love. I sat down with my friend Sherry a few weeks ago to see what new ideas we could come up with.
Here’s one of my favorites from that day…
I loved it so much, I decided to use it as my private swap card for Convention. I signed up for a swap with the gals from the Founder’s Circle group this year. I need to make 60 of them! I started at home, but took the pieces along to assemble on vacation this week. Thanks to a few helpers, we got them all done today!!!
I will be having a class on this tin of cards kit in August. If you’re interested, please contact me at winona@thestampinroom.com.
We are having a great first day of vacation! Nothing rejuvenates me like relaxing with family. So thankful…
